The power of waving
This morning at the gantry at my office lift lobby, I waved enthusiastically to a colleague in Data Centre (now under HP) and three others (two Security Guards and the CEO’s chauffeur) nearby waved or smiled back. Haha. No wonder they say good service starts with me.
