烈日当空

Being an white-collared executive for 3.5 years, I've gotten used to the air-conditioning at the workplace, at least 8 hours a day for all the work days. I used to miss the days when I got to soak in the sun, anytime of the day as I wished. But now I'm resigned to fate. Rather than lamenting on being couped up in an artificial environment, I make use of the weekends to do some outdoor activities.

Yesterday during lunch it was super hot and sunny with the sun rays beating down hard on you. I was running around a few places and took a long walk to Circular Road (from Shenton Way) for lunch. At the end of lunch break I was back in office with a bad headache. :( What harm has the sedentary office lifestyle done to our bodies?
