Singapore Service Industry

I get peeved by bad service. Restaurants or cafes that make you wait for up to half an hour for your food during a workday lunch time, or waiter/waitresses who treat you like an invisible sheet are two main turn-offs. I remember bad service, sometimes even the face having the poor attitude. And my irritability with bad service started long time before the promotion for good service came about. In the service industry, what matters is a genuine smile to customers and if you are feeling good, your radiance will be reflected in your actions and treatment to customers. Sad to say, the standards in Singapore have lots to improve on.
